UK Eurovision Entry 2018 - It's Annie Lennox

Discussion in 'Eurovision' started by NecessaryVoodoo, Nov 16, 2017.

  1. Måns Zelmerlöw (@WowWowWowWow) will be joining Mel Giedroyc to co-present Eurovision: You Decide on Wednesday February 7th. The event this year will be held at the Brighton Dome and tickets are available now.

There'll be six acts competing as well as "special guest performers" - so Alexander Rybak again then?

  2. You mean places outside London exist?

  3. We love a flop national selection!

  4. Argh, he proposes to a British woman and suddenly he's too good for Sweden.

  5. Who's going to go down to Brighton on a Wednesday anyway? Certainly not me.

  9. Let's hope Mans' presenting isn't the only injection of Swedish into our selection show - lord knows we need some of our Northern Brother's magic when it comes to ESC...

  10. I hope they come up with a better selection this year. I ended up liking Lucie's song but it was very slim pickings.

  12. UK, enough is enough.

First they came for Nanne Grönwall, and I did not speak out—
Because ”Men” was never going to win anyway.

Then they came for Alcazar, and I did not speak out—
Because the BBC fucked that up all by themselves.

Then they came for Petra Mede, and I did not speak out—
Because that ”60 years…” thing was a one-off thing really, nothing to get upset about.

Then they came for Måns Zelmerlöw—

  13. Do I love Måns enough to justify sitting through the Mel Giedroyc Aren't I Hilarious (And Isn't Eurovision So Silly) Show?

  14. Love her or hate her - Mel does have a genuine love and passion for Eurovision. She isn't of the Wogan-Derision school

  19. There are way too many guitar botherers in that leaked list.
