Totally! I would bet almost everyone over the age of 18 in the United States knows who she is. Not everyone knows her from just the Locomotion or CGYOOMH, like you would assume. The strangest thing about Kylie over here is how the general public think she is really cool and credible.

JPN is easily their second best album after GAME and their best album for someone new to their music. Then again my personal favorite album is Complete Best because I was there for all of those singles and it holds a special place in my heart.
