We’re not talking about the general public though. We’re talking about her core demographic: mid-20s to late 30s gays with varying degrees of daddy issues and social anxiety that’s exploited on Twitter for likes and validation.
That artwork does absolutely nothing for me. I personally feel zero hype over this as I’m so ticked off about the Chris Brown collab. I read the message she posted about the album and I’ll I could muster was “kay”.
I do appreciate her hustling like it’s still 2006 and you can turn your song into a hit by appearing on every morning and evening TV show there is.
And judging by the slowly increasing streams, it actually seems to be working.
