    Bananarama

Just finished a marathon watching of TOTP performances and videos. Every Shade Of Blue should have been a UK hit, the Rauino performance shows there was a routine and everything

    Bananarama

Hope you have all watched Bananarama at BBC Radio 2 I. Leicester. I am overjoyed to see a crowd of that size loving the girls I’ve loved for over 30 years. Have shed a tear, very proud of them

It’s an absolute banger, as is Stronger Together which should have been another Top 10 if it was the follow up. The curse of Beyond Your Wildest Dreams struck again

A bit underwhelmed with the track listing as everything has already been remastered and reissued, except the Paul Varney mix. We could have had one of the Princess mixes that wasn’t on the reissue or box set disc at least. Will be getting it though and hope it’s a vehicle for some of the PWL...

I suspect they don’t dislike Last Thing On My Mind given the royalties it’s generated for them!

Slippry Feet - Jacquie O'Sullivan (Ex Bananarama) & Paul Simper

This is really exciting. Looking forward to hearing the previously unreleased tracks in particular

I thought they might have included both sets of extra lyrics. Really like this version though. Wonder what else is coming they have hinted at…..

If I Have To Stand Alone is possibly the biggest tragedy in the SAW singles discography that it wasn’t a hit, if that was the follow up to Happenin’ and then How Could He Do This To Me have been released in quick succession it could have all been different for Lonnie. The watermill remix of...

Kim Wilde UK Singles Rate 1981-2021 NO1 REVEALED RATE CLOSED

This is one of the biggest surprises so far for me (well other than It’s Here doing so well), I thought this was a definite for the Top 10 as it was well loved. It’s such a great sophisticated pop song and I think a great opener to Close, I love its moodiness

Love Is Holy has done very well, it’s a great track but could easily have been a Belinda Carlisle track and lacks Kim’s signature sounds. Still, a great track though
