I actually really enjoyed those comparison videos, because it's pretty obvious every member brought something of their own to the table. It doesn't have to be "pick one" situation. As a fan I'm grateful that I can enjoy multiple takes on the same song I love.
Random quirky moments of the night:
- Siobhan forgot to come in during the middle 8, so Keisha started singing until she caught on (love Keisha's professionalism)
- Mutya went too close to the camera next to her and it got turned on, so we got a close up on her boobs
I love Elevator Eyes! But speaking of growers I'd really like to mention I Like You. I kinda disregarded it at first because it's a bit Tove by the numbers, but it has turned out to be my top song for the last two months. That "I la-la-like you" chorus is straight up addictive.
I remember Kesha mentioning once that she dislikes her part in In The Middle, because it's way too long. I love her to bits, but she has such a terrible taste in Sugababes music. Her verse is absolutely iconic!
It's kinda insane how she went from one huge hit to a certified popstar with 5 amazing albums under her belt in less than 10 years. I'll admit, when I first heard Habits I was worried she would end up being a one hit wonder. But then she went and outdone herself so many times I already lost the...
I would love her to properly lose the corny shit next time and give us something more meaningful and grown up. Never Really Over was such a great step in the right direction, but Smile completely killed any interest I had.
