Welcome to... The 2022 PJ Chart Rate! Hello! I'm back again to host the 2022 edition of the PJ Chart Rate. Last year we crowned Good Ones by Charli XCX as your favourite song from the year that was 2021. Yet again, I'm amazed how time has flown and its somehow time to run this rate again...

I personally prefer a longer voting period, I usually give all the songs a listen and create a shortlist and then like to give it some breathing space before re-listening. I'd say 3 weeks was ideal for me.

So happy to see people getting behind this! Just reminded myself how good 'Casual' is. This album has so many highs, can see myself returning often to this.

Loads of museums (art and history). There's also a few zoos and theme parks if those are your thing? El Retiro park is nice to escape the crowds. A day trip to Toledo is worth doing if you have time. Visit lots of bars and markets too! This post from @Macanudo helped me a lot too!

Its a cute listen but the sequencing feels off and leaving 'Home to Another One' to near the end is a choice. Nothing reaches the highs of 'BOYSHIT' or 'Follow the White Rabbit' from the debut for me.
