Levitating could have been the only other option for the lead single, honestly. It has smash written all over it, and if it doesn't take over the world, it's their loss.
I think it deserved some decimals in that score (I wish it would have been ~8.5 and a BNM label, of course), but the review itself is a good and enjoyable read until they basically called seven filler which should get someone fired.
*clears throat* Please Stay is definitely NOT among her best 40 songs and it has surpassed plenty that are infinitely better than it. The definition of a 7.
I don't know what's so different between Les Sex and Sexy Love for the former to outstay its welcome this way. Both should have left at pretty much the same time.
This one hurts but I sadly saw it coming. I must admit that it passed me by on this horrible album, but then I listened to it in isolation and it clicked immensely. I'm very certain this would be much more appreciated if it were part of Like a Prayer instead.
