Disco has dropped to no45 in album midweeks.

It’s been a very disappointing year for album reissues. Bit thin on the ground. The Hazel Dean reissue in January was good and the M People box set plus Tasmin Archer.

I suspect we will get an album reissue next year. Disco had a good start but will struggle now the promotion has worn off and due to the impact of covid. I think BMG know the album has so much potential given the great reviews and fan reactions so a re-release would be a great way of expanding...

I disagree. I think Kylie’s album is excellent and pretty impressive for an artist who was going long before Dua Lipa was even born.

JB HiFi haven’t even replied to my email so I’ve sent another but still not had a reply. Mean while, the item still hasn’t turned up. Going to wait another week and will then contact my credit card company for a refund.

It feels like ages since courage was released even though the album was only out a year ago. A very disappointing album campaign and underwhelming album for me.

A reissue of Disco would be great if there are some additional tracks that are worth including but I don’t think it’s a dead cert we’ll get one because Golden wasn’t reissued.

I’m still hoping for a CD reissue containing the additional tracks!

Any news on a CD release for the updated version of Glory?

I think probably the ‘fever’ era. Can’t get you out of my head was a massive global hit that truly re-established her as an artist and saw Kylie being took seriously too.
