In general, I love how lazy the vocal sounds in One More Time. Like you’re ready to leave the venue because you’re tired but your friend asks for one more song, so you sing along half bopping, the other half exhausted.

Unfortunately I think her vocal production is a massive let down in the track. It feels so layered and echoey, it’s been stripped of any sort of human quality it may have had. Shame because everything else slaps.
Between the unreleased, the bonus and the rumored re-release, I’m predicting this will join Body Language/X/KMO for “here’s my personal tracklist that completely perfects the album” posts.
I think that after months/weeks of Padaming and Tensioning, the album becomes an adjustment after realizing that it’s going for something very different.

Considering how uneventful the Disco bonus tracks felt (and I really like the main album) I was so pleasantly surprised with how fun the Tension ones are.

7.3 is great for Pitchfork. The review itself is really positive too. Interesting how Vegas High is one of their only misses (along with 10 out of 10). People seem to love it here.
