The surname that runs on my father's side is really rare and there's a town in the south of England with that name, so we kind of assume our ancestors lived there at some point. On my mother's side, it's Polish. I love this.

My surname is really uncommon so I always have to spell it out for people. That's a little annoying. I'd prefer to start using my middle name instead of my first name, too, but I can't see my friends catching on.
