Once again this forum proves to be a bunch of terminally joyless flops. I thought this place was supposed to celebrate cheesy pop music? This song has hooks galore (that pre-chorus is awesome), a production style that stands out against the current ocean of sameness, and a charismatic and enthusiastic performance. What more could you actually ask for? What it and N.O.M don't have, however, is a budget above ₩100.000, but I guess that's part of the DIY, lo-fi charm of the whole thing.
Well, at least the actual gheys managed to end up higher than the pretend gheys of OnlyOneOf, so there's some PopJustice in this early elimination, kii. Yes, like the song or not, N.O.M (Nature of Man) deserves praise for being unabashedly fucking queer in a society that is still very Christian and very bigoted, still moving forward and releasing music almost a decade (!!!) into their career. Props to these queens!!! I particularly love the sassy rapper one, he serves in the MV.
@boombazookajoe (10) is conflicted: “Here's the tea -- there's no way to actually rate this song with any objectivity. It's far and away the worst track here. But on sheer audacity of these men for doing ... all of this paired with the sheer audacity of whoever decided to submit this song, I don't want it to be eliminated first. So hopefully my 10 helps.”. Meanwhile @Inland Empire (6,5) is confused: “?”
@Attis (2) tests my enjoyment of him “Suddenly I become homophobic, get the bag off the tv I'm not watching that, maggot oop queen-” as does @KimLippington (2) “I’m sawry but I do not have the sense of humour for this and I’ll never listen to it again outside this rate.” @eatyourself (6) makes a pertinent comparison: “What sort of Jiraya OST.”

@Salami (1) says “I don’t like novelty songs and this sounds and looks like one. Sorry if it’s serious but I couldn’t hack it.” Fair enough, I guess! @bbynewyear (6) offers a measured take: “A better song than I expected from a group that after a quick google search, looked kinda gimmicky - good for them!”
Let's end on a positive note with our song-submitter and our 11-giver!
@Ana Raquel (10) is here to represent her great taste in chaotic bops: “I had to pick the song that invented the Korean gays from the 80s I hope you enjoy it!!!!!!!!! Also seriously, they've released some bangers in the past few years go check their music out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
@FunkyButChic (11) spills: “What? Did you think I was lying about this being an 11? Ya’ll… what a song. A true 80s throwback. That classic chord progression! The squared-off rhythm! A bare-bones but totally effective chorus that just keeps on stacking the hooks! It has all the elements of a Sobangcha smash, but sleeker and sexier and far more open about taking it up the ass. N.O.M are fighting the good fight for cigs and good music and we should celebrate that.”
