I don't know why they would have picked Sabrina. She may have been the lead singer but Alesha was undoubtedly the star of Mis-Teeq. She is more recognisable.

Alesha has always been the most famous member of the band. Especially after her marriage troubles. I doubt anybody could name the other 2.

Uhm, Alesha left Polydor after they chose to only press 4000 copies of 'Knockdown'. This was in October. SCD approached her around 5 months later. How is that disowning Polydor when THEY were the ones who gave up on her. How can a label only print 4000 cd's and send it to HMV and then expect it to achieve massive success?!

Would it really matter if The Boy Does Nothing was even a remake of Mambo #5? As I recall, that song was Number 1 in 21 different countries.

A song called 'careful' has surfaced, just a clip. It sounds quite good.

I must say, I am terribly excited for this!
I loved "Fired Up" - it was an amazing album!

I am trying not to hear any leaks or snippets - only "The Boy Does Nothing" when it does surface, but that's it.

Anywho, according to AD.net, the video is being filmed!!!!

I hated Mambo #5. Hated it to death. I am totally confident that Alesha will deliver an amazing comeback.

One would hope that in keeping with the Mambo #5.1 nature of the single the video pays tribute to summer hits we have loved through the years - Macarena, Cha Cha Slide, 'The Lambada' etc.

Mambo #5.1 is copyright me btw cheers thx

we have heard of this title for far too long already.
i have a feeling i may have this on repeat when it is released.

ok, well that sound like it COULD be really good, or it could be annoying. i mean, shes singing about washing up.

It's like Sexy No No No meets Mambo No.5. And they are two songs which should not be crossed.

It could be alright...it sounds weirdly demo-esque at the minute...
