All Important Single Edits On CD

Eddy now owns the rights to his singles and doesn't seem to keen to put out a proper singles collection now, without tinkering with the tracks. Shame. No the 3 11 Electric Avenue cannot be found on CD or digital anywhere

Murphy's Law is 3.22, Never Give You Up is 3.50
Neither on CD as far as I know though?

1. Album version
2. Special Hi-Energy mix (not on CD)
3. Extended mix
4. 7" remix (not on CD)
5. 7" edit (found on The Collection)

Does anyone know of a sixth version (ignoring all those "faded out early" versions on compilations)?

It is a radio edit I think as the 7” single (in the UK at least) was the unedited version. The radio edit was included on the original NOW 9 though.

I managed to avoid having to buy that box set for many years, but Shannon's Let The Music Play is the correct UK 45 version on it, so it became a must have for me at that point....

I'm not sure there are any other exclusive 45 versions, but there may be rare mixes?

Has the 7" edit (3:23) of Yoko Ono's Walking on Thin Ice ever been on CD? This edit was only on some 7" promo singles and all I have found is the long 6-minute album version.

It includes The Richie Rich remix of Automatic I believe and the Paul Hardcastle mix of Now That We've Found Love. It also has the single edit of Jellybean & Steven Dante's Real Thing which is quite hard to find.

I picked it up for £7 last week and it’s a great 5cd set, however there is an oddity. The version of In The Name Of Love ‘88 (ver Twins) is 4.26 which doesn’t correspond with anything I had logged,I think it’s an early fade of one of the longer remixes but I would have to get my 12” out. Odd though.
