I picked up the 1993 Neil's Heavy Concept Album' reissue this week relatively cheaply and I'll check - but did mp3s/vinyl rips exist in 1993?

It was around in bit form etc compressed audio etc but I think MP3 was around 1996. Wiki says 91.

I have the US edition of her debut and the Swedish Best Of and they both include the 4:31 (and I assume later) mix of it. The Best Of actually claims to include a 4:12 edit but it's actually the 4:31.
I assume the original Swedish release of the album has it but wasn't sure.

I have been looking at the timings on the forthcoming Now 82 Extra and both Japan tracks look to be the proper single mixes, but once again Night Train is not in it's single mix.I haven't yet timed the rest against their single mixes but will do so soon. Those for me were the most important ones.

Slightly obscure and off topic but Nick Heyward's Laura came with two remixes on Favourite Shirts and Calling Captain Autumn in the 7'' and 12'' Doublepack editions. Does anyone know if the remixes in the 7'' Doublepack are edits of the ones in the 12'' Doublepack or are they 7 minutes mixes on a 45 (ooh painful)?
Discogs has no timings and the 7'' label photograph doesnt state the timings. For anyone who is vaguely interested both 12'' Remixes are on Pelican West deluxe set.

According to the comments at the end of the Discogs page the Two mixes are edits of the 12 inch mixes.

Yes, I have 3 different edits/versions.
Difficult to know (and I am sure you've already checked this out), as the UK 7" pic disc is the full version, but the US 7" is the 4.10 (ish) edit that's on one of the M+M comps. Then there's a 5.19 which I don't have at all, that was the European 7".
There is also a 5:47 version that is on a few cd but I don't know where that version comes from.
I have that one...it's on The Story So Far. But yes doesn't appear to have been an official release anywhere.

Weird that none of the UK 7" labels refer to a time. WEA singles usually/often did.
