The latest episode has MOTHER OF THE HAUS ELEKTRA and is HEAVILY inspired by Candyman. That is all I'm gonna say.

The Bloody Mary episode was....okay.

Facelift started off really promising (especially the cast...Judith Light, Helly from Severence) but the writing was atrocious by the end. They basically took a concept from The Twilight Zone and completely botched the ending.

I actually enjoyed most of Facelift but the last ten minutes or so were so bad.

The latest episode actually made me feel sick. When did it become ok to show necrophilia on TV?

The facelift episode was awful and made no sense. It was mostly a Death Becomes Her ripoff and then just went in a weird direction for shock value.

Looking back, episode 3 wasn’t too bad, considering the standards. Of course, with the help of a bit of Robyn and male nudity.

Just watched “Necro”, wow, I don’t know what to say. This show really has sunk to new lows hasn’t it.

Freakshow has such a great aesthetic, but between the Glee of it all with all the songs, and the plot which is an absolute slog...

I'm enjoying seeing the reactions to the episodes more than I'd enjoy watching them myself.

For the main series they just need to work out a beginning, middle and end before starting to write the season. We know they won't though.

The 'finale' felt like a record low. The intrigue of watching 45-year-old Alicia Silverstone show flashes of the girl from Clueless was the only reason to watch, the plot, pacing and acting was atrocious. Glad the whole thing's over tbh

If Freaks Show cut the random songs and was trimmed down to 8 to 10 episodes (with some of the random side plots cut), it could have been truly great. They really should have kept the focus on Elsa and Dandy, and had Twisty stick around for at least another episode or two. I haven't watched that season since it aired, but the pacing was so weird.

I was shocked it got renewed for a S2 but here we are.

Freakshow had so much potential at the start (Twisty, Dandy, Elsa, Dandy's mother etc) but the neverending onslaught of new side plots completely killed any excitement i got from the first three to four episodes.

I still haven't watched the latest from the main series (the fact that i write "main series" reminded me of Stories disaster which i hate) and the reaction was more positive than i thought it would be so maybe this new one could be decent at the very least. *insert clown emoji*

It pains me that this franchise has so many wonderful queer personalities involved and more recently it’s almost always dissolved into a big mess towards the end. Give these people the vehicle they deserve to catapult them to stardom!!
