I think the debut era probably just broke even and when it was time for the second they did invest coin in videos and other stuff that didn't recoup and here we are now.

I find it hard to believe the debut era just broke even considering the amount of massive smashes it spawned. Even Diamonds and Dancefloors has very decent streaming numbers despite the lack of big hits. And the tour was a success too, and so have been the recent collabs. I just feel like she's just not a label priority right now, and with the two biggest collaborators from the first two eras (Cirkut and Madison Love) no longer being involved, things feel a bit aimless. I'm still hoping this album actually gets released, but after that the best thing would really be for Ava to move to a different label and get a brand new team for future projects.

The video looks like it could've been shot for free on her own personal iPhone. The label isn't even giving her a fighting chance at this point.
