Avril Lavigne - Love Sux

I really like her take on it too. Some of the inflections in her singing on the track are so pretty, and the song ends up suiting her really well.

 

She really ended that British woman who loves to count.

Oh she demolished that other girl with her Hello cover. Brilliant.

 

Does this mean "Love Sux" is the next single? If so, great choice! Definitely one of my favorites - a perfect singalong chorus.

 

I'd prefer F.U. as a single, but Love Sux would also be great.

Really there's not a bad song on the album, so she can't go wrong.

I expected nothing and I got everything. Didn’t thought Hello could be an Avril song but here we are.

 

I am in awe of the Hello cover. It's got my vote for the year-end best cover at this point.

 

I can’t stop listening to Hello, Adele really needs to pack her bags and go.

Cannot stand the original but her ‘Hello’ cover is fantastic, as well as low-key preferring her ‘Breakaway’ to Kelly’s.

It was recorded specifically for Spotify’s singles series, so it’s unlikely that it will be

 

"Love Sux" as the potential new single... choices.

"Kiss Me..", "Déjà vu" and "F.U." are crying in a corner.

Wait... what? Her ''Hello'' is stunning!

 

Y'all acting like Avril isn't lowkey one of the best vocalists of her generation. Even Leona struggled to cover I Will Be.

 

Wait, the Hello cover is actually great. It's a really ambitious choice for her on paper but she's always had an underrated voice.

 

On paper, Avril covering Adele is a big no no, but hearing it is a different matter, she sounds so great!
