Yep. I use a web aptly titled Stats for Spotify. You log in with Spotify and that’s it.

It must be said though that the ‘All Time’ charts is more like ‘Last 4 years of so’.

Stats for Spotify is pretty great. I ended up ditching it for Stats.fm, which is a lot more in depth with the insights it provides since you can upload your own Spotify listening data going back to the very beginning and it tracks it.

Yep, one time payment. It gives you some crazy listening stats dating all the way back to the beginning of your time on the app if you email Spotify to provide your compete data (the website has a page where you can copy their pre-written text for this). Takes a couple extra days, but you only need to do it once. Worth it if you’re into stuff like that.
