Does anyone know if they removed the lyric and sample from the CD? I keep having to ask Amazon for replacements as they keep arriving damaged so I haven't been able to check
I own both the CD and the collectors' edition vinyl - both contain the original mixes of the songs. I'm in the States, so it may vary, but if you're unsure, you can always check the listings on Discogs.com for guidance.
I don't know how popular this idea will be, but now I need one of the remaining acts to be her interpretation of the jazz, swing and blues from that era.
If Queen comes with the long overdue mainstream recognition of the pioneering Black women who founded modern music: Big Mama Thornton, Bessie Smith, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Billie Holiday, Nina Simone and more!!! I will die!!! I’ve been in a big Nina & aforementioned legends mood (depression!) and Renaissance is my uplifter
I NEED VISUALS I can't believe she did this and left us with nothing for weeks. MUTHA, PLS DON'T DO THIS TO ME!
One of my friends believes she is a witch (narrator: she's not) and told me she keeps lighting spells to help my back get better. I told her to fuck my back right off and start manifesting a jazz, swing and blues album from Beyonce. Who needs a functioning spine when Beyonce is just going to snap it at least twice more in the coming year anyway.
USPS either lost my limited-edition vinyl or someone stole it, but after a month of back-and-forth, her store is replacing it. Considering they've taken the money already...it's the least they can do.
I honestly cackle at least once a day at the thought of Beyoncé releasing that small visual teaser then basically saying "well cya, fags!" and vanishing into oblivion We've got two more acts of this behaviour too I have no doubt they will be worth the wait though nn.
Imagine if she did all those shoots and looks just for the Everything Everywhere All At Once speed montage and nothing else.
Some of my friends insist in this boxset theory but I guess it all depends on how spaced these releases would be made and how really connected they are. In the current state of things, it feels like there is more COLLECT YOUR COINS, BEYONCY to be made with these day-one editions (standard/deluxe/limited/vinyl etc) followed up by revised editions later with the remixes, bonus tracks and visuals (when these are finally released) But it's really all speculation at this point.
Somehow, her vocals on Break My Soul sound even more godlike this evening And I don’t know how I ever thought the song could’ve been mixed better because its aural depth and details continue to reveal themselves with every play Still can’t believe this album is real
At this rate, it looks like Cuff It is going to smash regardless of when she drops the visuals. I think she wait for it to smash and then drop the video for Alien Superstar / the next single followed by the rest. Give the third single a boost.
