After the excellence that is Renaissance, the prospect of a country-inspired act ii never inspired much excitement from me, to be honest. I just want the visuals (and obviously a tour film is great).

"RENAISSANCE: A FILM BY BEYONCÉ accentuates the journey of RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR, from its inception, to the opening in Stockholm, Sweden, to the finale in Kansas City, Missouri. It is about Beyoncé’s intention, hard work, involvement in every aspect of the production, her creative mind and purpose to create her legacy, and master her craft. Received with extraordinary acclaim, Beyoncé’s RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR created a sanctuary for freedom, and shared joy, for more than 2.7 million fans."

THANK GOD no mention of Act 2
I mean I'm glad there was no mention of Act ii in regards to it being the film but I'm also not happy that it wasn't mentioned at all if that makes sense

Is it ever coming? Will the film include the visuals for Act i or is this a separate thing? Are we transitioning into Act ii and will the film signify this transition? Or is it scrapped?

I hope it doesn't have documentary between the performances. I hate when artists do that, just release a 30 minutes full documentary separately.
I agree with this. I have made my peace with the visuals coming later/never but please don't bastardize the live experience by inserting docu footage or interlude visuals that weren't already part of the show. I know B has spliced behind the scenes and confessionals with live performance before (Homecoming) but I just want to watch the show uninterrupted from beginning to end with no distractions, especially as someone that didn't get to see it live?
