Same happened on my back-up account. Insane. Apprehensive af to make any moves on my main account now as, if it happens on that one too, then it's a wrap for both presale and general sale.

I'd get in touch with Ticketmaster asap, as it may be something they can lift their end.

I've been there this past week - it's an utter nightmare. Didn't have a foolproof solution, but doing it on Incognito Mode on my phone's browser was the only immediate option I saw that worked.

All of the various cache/deleting history, signing out etc techniques did nothing. Truly, the best way is to move to another location/Wifi entirely - that's what I did yesterday.

Absurdly frustrating addition they've brought in. It seems to affect people mostly on larger Wifi networks (e.g. in the office).

This happened to me before, and I got around it by signing in on a different device/network it remembered my queue position and took me straight to the front again and I was able to browse/buy.

Nope. But you can try Fnac Spectacles on the day of the main sale, it's a different ticket provider than Ticketmaster

There is the Ticketmaster pre-sale tomorrow.
I think the best window was the BeyHive (before separate / new registration) presale yesterday.

I was able to grab a ticket during the Mastercard sale, which went much smoother than the Beyhive sale yesterday.

Strangely the price for the VIP ticket in the confirmation email is about half the price I paid at Ticketmaster. I am wondering if the prices were increased last minute…

Lucked into some reasonably priced tickets for the lower tier. Much more affordable options in this presale.

Managed to get 2 tickets for £100 each all in, in the upper tier. View doesn't look too bad from online pics. Standing prices are absolutely ridiculous, but I'm happy I got something for a reasonable price.

Let me get my cowboy hat ready...can't believe I'm going to see her for first time since 2011!
