Every time I try enter the waiting room for London, I never get the verification code sent to my mobile. Haven't had this issue before today - anyone know what to do?

I ended up getting two tickets on stubhub cos the only ones left on ticket master were 800€ a pop.
Stubhub have a refund policy so hopefully the tickets turn up and if not, then I’ll have a nice evening in Paris with my man.
