Anyone struggling with the front end of O2 Priority, Google the event page e.g. 'O2 Priority Beyoncé Murrayfield' and should be able to access:

I couldn't log into my Priority and then it crashed... still ended up with the exact ticket for Cardiff I wanted thanks to this post, even after waiting in a 25k queue. Thank you!
