@RainOnFire already said it best but y'all had a full month to listen to Tortured Poets (and really a lot longer because you knew it would be in this rate). If you actually cared about rating the album in good faith, you could have listened to a few songs a day and took the time to absorb it properly. That's what I did with Chappell this year, and SZA last year, because I wasn't as familiar with the material.
But no, some of you would rather leave it to two days before the rate closes, recoil at the idea of a ballad, and give out 4s. I'm well aware music taste is subjective, but it's clear some of these scores are in bad faith.
