BPG 2019 - THE END

Weirdly enough, I thought this song was way better listening to the potato quality leak at the start. Hell, I think I even told @Joe. it was one of my favourites of the album. I don't think I've even listened to this song again since re-listening to the full album for this rate.

'I Think He Knows' and 'Lover' absolutely need to go before the album earns respite. I did give 'Cornelia Street' a ten though so I'd be fine seeing that go far.

It's also when the weird sequencing issues really start with the album where it lurches from one extreme to the next, culminating in the back half basically being a tonal ping pong match.

Tea.

Lover
is one of the worst sequenced albums I've ever heard and I'm a pretty big fan of her & the album as a whole. I overused the word 'manic' like 5 times in my original thoughts about the album... and they still hold true for me (and that's in a year where Halsey released a damn album named Manic that is less manic than Lover is to me.)

I'm curious what the first Billie and Beyoncé cuts are going to be. For Billie I'm pretty sure it'll be 8, but for Beyoncé I really have no idea. Maybe Nile since it's more of an interlude than a proper song.

The fact that Break Up has an average over a 5 meaning it got more high scores than low ones shocks me.
Does it? I mean, Sprocky, she's one of the forum's most favorite popstars. I'm not surprised at all. Break Up is probably going to go a lot farther then it deserves.

I hope so.

Paper Rings is trash, but at least it's a smidge more fun than London Boy and the production's a tad more interesting, but... Yeah, it was time to go.

Now... As for that 10 for MONOPOLY.

Again, I've never actually seen the video for the song and had to look up who Victoria Monét was when Peter put the song up in his weekly New Music Friday playlist, so had little to no knowledge of their history together. The song's just kinda fun to me and I've had more than a kii and a half to it while tipsy/drunk/off my head.

So I was feeling generous after listening to it again after a couple of months of not hearing it. I'm actually bopping to it now kii.

There's all my Taylor 0's out. The other Swifties want the power I have.
