Braxe & Falcon - Step by Step, EP + Album

I posted about this in the general thread for dance and house music but screw it, it warrants its own thread. French House icons Alan Braxe and DJ Falcon have teamed up for a new project (Falcon's first release in 20 years) :

Per the Pitchfork interview I linked above, this isn't just a one-off either:

The single will be followed by an EP, also called Step By Step, in August, featuring two additional versions of the title track. (There’s a wishlist of house lifers being courted for remixes too; Falcon is particularly fond of Moodymann).

A full Braxe and Falcon album is slated for the top of next year, and a reissue of Braxe’s long-out of print compilation The Upper Cuts is due this November, all released on a new breakaway sub-label of indie heavyweight Domino called Smugglers Way.

Of the two new songs Step by Step is by far my favorite and I'm hopeful that Thomas Bangalter will be involved in the remixes in some way, but we'll see I guess.
