Honestly same. Her debut never coming to fruition is a huge PopInjustice! I think this leak immediately followed by release is probably my favourite pop culture event of the year ddd I just hope she can use this as momentum. I've heard she's actually not opposed to coming back to music so make it happen please!!!

I love that this is such a random and unexpected moment for her.

The sheer blonde adverts which her and her sister did which were clearly Britney-inspired live in my head rent free.


I also loved Kevin Rudolf's original demo for 'Do It Better' which was supposedly put forward for Lindsay Lohan's third album before Brit/Matisse got it.

She said the mini viral moment kind of gave her the bug again. She could probably get a cute little cult following if she just dropped stuff here and there. And if she owns her masters, then there's no worry about getting back in the studio, just put what you got out now. Maybe with some better artwork though because it's a kii that the "Karma" upload is just a screenshot from the video.

This is legit my favourite release of 2024 so far (despite actually being from 12 years ago ddd). I’ve been obsessed with it ever since I heard a clip of Brit’s version on TikTok.

The JoJo version is a complete turd in comparison to this masterpiece.

I don't get why she's legally able to do this. When ...a friend of mine (ddd) wrote a song and someone bought it there was A LOT of mention of not being able to release the demo.

Well for starters, it's technically not a demo and she didn't write on it so she might have the blessings of the original songwriters? If she could afford to have her hair done by Chris Appleton, she's not exactly a pop outsider. She could've bought back the rights to her masters.

Or she's just trying to pull a fast one before the cease & desist letter arrives ddd.
