Britney Spears - Glory

I'm sickened 'Man On The Moon' isn't considered an option for the next single. The blatant standout on the album, reminiscent of old-school Britney but updated enough to still feel fresh, a beach video with Britney in a bikini (basically 'Flex' but way less preening.) ???

I'd rather a continuation of Oops I Did It Again MV. She and the astronaut got married, but he had to move away to the moon for another mission, which forces them into an intergalactic LDR.

Fuck the VMAs, the Oscars are shook

Invitation is still one of my favourites on Glory. Such a beautiful, ethereal song. I feel like I'm floating in space when I'm listening to it, just watching the planets and stars pass me by. Someone compared the song to Grimes in this thread and I completely agree. It is the perfect opener for Glory and sets the mood for the rest of the album wonderfully.

I am glad Invitation and Man On The Moon are not longer in consideration for the next single release. What were they even thinking? I mean, Man On The Moon is not the least single worthy thing on the album, but it would be fine as a fifth single. There are at least three songs that are more instant, fun and radio-friendly to release before Man On The Moon. It is a must for the live shows, though.

The 1-2 punch of Invitation and Make Me are among the best in any Britney album. Would've been 1-2-3 punch had there been no Private Show in between. I can see Invitation being a single with a DJ remix ala-Summertime Sadness.

YES! Invitation - Make Me - Man on the Moon would have probably been the strongest opening run in her career.

EDIT: I do like Private Show, but it fucks up the vibe the album has going on with Invitation and Make Me.

Get Naked was the highlight I have to say. The bass was popping off. They finished with a rousing sing along of Everytime, it was quite something. Except, and correct me if I'm wrong, they did not play Toxic?

They played it at some point. I had a great night but I was definitely hoping for more Glory tracks! No Seas Cortes would've snatched my weave.

My standard tracklist of this album would go like:
1) Invitation
2) Make Me..
3) Man on the Moon
4) Slumber Party
5) Change Your Mind (No Seas Cortes)
6) Do You Wanna Come Over?
7) If I'm Dancing
8) Love Me Down
9) Just Luv Me
10) Mood Ring
11) Just Like Me
12) What You Need

Obviously, I love the Bonus Tracks.

Why What You Need though?

The alternative tracklist I'm using is kinda similar:

7) Just Luv Me
8) Better
9) Do You Wanna Come Over?
10) If I'm Dancing
11) Liar
12) Just Like Me
13) Coupure Électrique

I am 99% sure this will be my final track list:

13. Liar
14. Man On The Moon

What You Need adds a nice variety and a surprise at the end of the album. I wouldn't have expected Britney to have such a vocal-centric song in 2016 ever.

She's a stan.

The real online testing with the public starts on Monday with Love Me Down, Slumber, JLuvMe, DYWCO, Better, and Liar. They test on two sites. Not going to name them because stans shouldn't be rigging the data.
Loooove Meeeee Doooown! It's catchy and instant and she'll need the next single to be more uptempo than the first!
