Ethel Cain's is the best I've heard, although she omits the bridge. She completely transforms the song.

Everytime is one of those songs that’s just so beautifully written both lyrically and melodically, that most covers of it do actually work very well in my opinion. It’s just that nothing can compare with the original version because there is a fragility in Britney’s voice that is just heart wrenching. A classic!

It’s also a crime that her SNL performance it is not up on YouTube.
