It seems like you do genuinely want what's best for her so I don't mean this as a dig, but it really doesn't matter what you think is the best way for her to heal.
It only matter's what she thinks and feels. You can't speculate how much venting on social is or isn't helping her heal, despite how it may look to you or from a PR perspective, you don't know. It's her journey and it's possible it makes her day-to-day easier, so why judge?
She's already said she does therapy too and as other's have said it's not like she's hurting anyone. This is a way she likes to express herself and lord knows she deserves it.

I’d love it if she ever officially released a compilation of cuts that didn’t make the album they were recorded for.
In my alternate universe, there is a glorious album with "Kiss You All Over" and "Sippin' On" as highlights.
Makes me sad to see people on her forums getting "mad" at her and content surrounding her.
Because the truth of the matter is, her getting freed was such a significant step, but not the end of her troubles. We knew she was going to have to navigate her life, her emotions after many many years of turmoil to her heart and soul.
And as many of us know, we know the Britney we grew up with.
We KNOW she's a true kind hearted goofy eccentric person, amongst the talent and beauty she radiates.
There are a few times I personally get a lil surprised at her IG captions, but then quickly remember, like every one of us, she is trying to process through her emotions and how she feels she should deal with things.
Nobody is perfect, if she wants to post what she wants, that's what she should do. She truly deserves the world.

Ah that’s a real shame. I feel like a HQ version would have elevated the song even further, but still in its muddy demo form it’s such a banger.
Why wouldn’t they talk about her? She is putting her life on socials for all to see? It’s not just going to stop because of what happened her. She is always going to be a hot topic.
I think pepole tend to forget that Britney hasn't had unrestricted access to the internet since at least January 2008. It's changed so much since then that she's still adjusting. It'll take time. Also, this is the first time she's ever been able to control the narrative around herself, I bet she's naturally seeing just how much she can get away with.
I think it's hysterical that people are still shocked at Britney being weird and cryptic online as if it's new...
Yeah, I think some people need to ask themselves if they'd say the same things they're saying about Britney about everyday people they encounter who have some of the same characteristics. Britney is eccentric, and that's okay.
That said, I was watching some interviews recently from 2013-2016ish and it does seem like being sent away in 2019 really affected her on a pretty deep level (which we already knew since she's opened up about how traumatic it was, but just seeing the change in her persona spells it out even more). Healing is a long process, but I hope she's doing everything she needs to push through.

I don't mean that, it's just weird how some people speak about her on social media, like they personally know her or know her situation.
Someone has gotten ahold of the filmed rehearsals for the Femme Fatale Tour and it appears that she is singing live there.

No, or if she ever did then barely. They used (poor quality) pre-rec vocals from a rehearsal - it wouldn't surprise me if that was the clip they used the vocals from.
I love the little expression she makes when slightly off key on 'to me' in that Don't Let Me... clip. It's crazy to think she was a veteran performer and probably never worn in ears in her entire career.

I'm glad I no longer follow her as I couldn't cope with the absolute stupidity and hypocrisy in the comments.
I think she sang alongside the track which happened often during that tour.
Regarding the in-ears it really is something, I believe the last time she wore them was for the Showtime telecast of Onyx Hotel during Everytime / Shadow.
