I don’t like Simple Plan on the chorus but the verses are all fine. Loser Kid is just such a good song, I’m glad they’ve revisited it.

I hope they have some female artists on some of the reworked songs, as I think that would work better than having another male artist/band singing on the song that have similar voices and don’t add much to the song.

"Loser Kid 2.0" with Simple Plan out now.

Simple Plan sort of ruin it vocally for me, love that they didn’t just revisit the hits but wish they did a bit more with this one? I don’t think it’s so far off what it originally sounded like.

I probably would have preferred a mix of old songs remastered than this?

Loser Kid is literally bulletproof, so I am enjoying this, particularly Charlie's vocals. I think there's some vocal effects on the second verse which I think ultimately do work, but caught me off guard.

I got tickets for their Dublin date this morning. I didn’t actually realise they’d added Irish dates until I saw someone got tickets on Instagram yesterday.

It’s like we finally got the studio version and we’ve lived with the acoustic version for the last 19 years. I like it!

It’s such a stunning song.

Bit of a curveball, but guessing there'll be a version of "Mmmbop" by Busted & Hanson soon. They're not exactly subtle about their hints!







If that's the case, I wonder if it's a one-off because of the tour, or if it means we can expect some more covers with the original artists on the Greatest Hits, perhaps as bonus tracks?

I feel like that's all but confirmed now, they've teased the next release by sharing the letter "M" on their Instagram stories. Be interesting to see how this sounds, especially if they're giving it a Busted-style re-work.
