Finally listened to this and it's hard to find words for how stupid this all seems. The visuals make it ten times worse than it already sounds.

The sad part is that Kim Petras' discography is a good deal more listenable.

I think a lot of the negativity towards her points back to the fact that she posted some very problematic, racist and idiotic statements on her Tumblr back in 2012, it all came out around the release of her album Romance in 2019. She’s since apologised and went to racial learning classes organised by racial equity groups, but people are allowed to still be upset by it.

Also this happened during the “Don’t Go Yet” live premiere.
