She has an folksy R&B song coming out soon too.
For those that missed it, she gave us an adorable, genuine speech last night when she snatched Best Rap Album. Queen.
Trigger warning: Offset
That was amazing aaah.
Offset sis that gum.
Offset not knowing when to step aside while they were on the carpet taking photos is bothering me this morning. I’m glad he was there for her during the speech, though.
Grammy win and baby’s first word all in one night. Wow Cardi is truly reaping the benefits of the good energy (and talent) she’s put out into the world.
I’m conflicted I love her and Invasion of Privacy was a good album full of bops . But when I think Best Rap Album for the Grammys I think of lyrical content and who’s rhymes , lyrics ,and flow really stood out to me and I can’t help but think there were other rap albums that were a bit more deserving.
Invasion was a good foundation for what’s next, and a pivotal moment in general. While Cardi didn’t deliver the most crazy performance in her rapping, the album really does carry a vibrancy no other in the category had. I’m happy she won for this debut - critics have been all over it.
All I can see is you and her in different scenarios
Beyoncé on my stereo, "Resentment" on repeat
I'ma make a bowl of cereal with a teaspoon of bleach
Serve it to you like, "Here you go, *****, bon appétit"
Look did you give it to her raw? You love her or nah?
You risk your whole home for a hoe from the bar?
I haven't really listened to the album as a whole after taking a handful of excellent tracks for my playlists but when it was great it was GREAT.
The pigeons really made me lose it this time.
I genuinely think it meant the world to her! Which is why I’m delighted for her.
That caption is such an eye-roll. We get it, you studied for the SATs.
it's a meme!
Yeah but when will it be released physically?

Who sings on Thru Your Phone?
I'm pretty sure it's a different vocalist with a similar tone.
Ali Tamposi is singing the hook
