I've heard this a few times, is it actually rooted in truth?
Can you drive?
I was a year late, does that half-count?
It is the worst song from the Emotion era, however.
But Carly Slay Bopsen does not do straight-forward music. Every song is like the last 90 seconds of a fireworks display on bonfire night, it just gets BIGGER BETTER BRIGHTER LOUDER TERRIFYING MORE-
Let’s shut it down
Pound the alarm
I will never be able to pick a favorite or least favorite from this... the consistency is nerve wracking.
Well I’ve been listening to Side B this morning with all the Higher talk.
Store is still that binch.
I mean I love it and use it all the time but it is a pretty straight-forward bop-banger and the only song there that Carly didn't write... where as Fever, The One, Cry also end up bopping but don't necessarily present themselves as bops upfront. Look the worst thing on Side B is Store and even that is incredible for what it is so we're really splitting hairs in degrees of greatness here.
It’s written and produced by two people who have only ever worked together for Kiss Me Once and it’s one of Carly’s only tracks to not have a writing credit on it. It was probably written for Kylie, maybe not recorded but it most likely was intended for Kylie. Especially since it was probably done in 2014.
We’ll never really know but facts are facts America.
No wonder I love it then
No wonder it's not her best song.
You're trying uh
Well, it's over. Guess who isn't going to the store anytime soon
Carly meeting Molly Ringwald and being awkward AF is totally me when I met Carly on the Gimme Love tour. ddddd
I love her teeth.
Not when Anthracite Heart exists, BITCH
I'm here to suggest that Black Heart is, indeed, good.
