Watching series 1 - 3 whenever I get the chance still sends me spiralling back to my youth! The thrill of the entire series featuring Shannen was and still is immense. And no matter how good the series continued to be, those first three seasons will forever hold up as some of the best cult TV!

To me, Shannen/Prue was the ultimate Charmed sister and had such a presence when on screen. Her little smirks, winks, looks of disbelief, flashes of anger, in fact her whole stepping up to the ‘mother figure’ and hiding her emotions, resonated so strongly with me, especially as she slowly came out and accepted who she truly was!

That wild ride to the end of Season three with ‘that’ finale, was and still is brilliant TV. Even now when I watch it, I still hope and pray for a different ending yet I know it shall never be!

I also really liked the darker and nostalgic nature and feel of the first three season but than again season four and five brought some new freshness into it, with very strong episodes wich remain my favorites, after that it started to fizzle out more and more for me.

1-5 had a great run it’s a shame it lost most of the drama and turned into a rom com. I did enjoy the arc of season 6 even if it was patchy. It was the Phoebe show after season 5 onwards with Paige suffering the most, they really under-utilised Rose.

Just saw on Instagram that Alyssa posted a photo of Shannen, Rose and Holly but someone commented that Alyssa has unfollowed Shannen and unliked her post ? Anyone know what’s going on ? I thought Alyssa and Shannen were ok now ..

I was 10 when Charmed started and watched the whole lot from the first episode onwards. I’ve binge watched it so many times, it still holds up well, even after 24 years. The nosedive from season 6 onwards was disappointing though. Season 2-4 is peak, though I do still love season 1. Especially the back end of the season. “That 70’s Episode”, “Which Prue Is It Anyway” and “The Witch Is Back” are all brilliant.

Haven't had time to watch the panel (And that quality is... oof)
but I saw an article about Shannen saying "Not cool" when people started to boo the Charmed reboot. I love that she did that. She understands it doesn't need to be a one vs. the other sort of thing. I'm glad they did that panel and all seemed happy to be there. The relationship between those 4 actresses is always a rollercoaster, but they're bonded for life over that show whether they like it or not. It's also nice to see Rose and Shannen getting along.

I might need to buy the blu-ray boxset as there doesn't seem to be any way to stream the HD/widescreen versions in the UK. Hopefully they work with a regular UK system.

The series was taken off Amazon Prime late last year. Such a shame as I loved coming home and binging a few episodes each week!
