From the trailers it is definitely linking in and I can't wait.
3/3 so far, what was that bop in the second half of the episode? I searched for Let It Happen but just get the Tame Impala song.

But they made up for it in the final scenes.
Also, prior to this episode there has been two murders and the cops are all like "oooh, better keep an eye on Jake" despite the first being what looked like an accidental electrocution in the basement and the second while he was out with Junior. Wasn't my favourite of the episodes we've had so far.
Chucky stabbing Oliver did not look that good.
The way the fire started, let alone spread was ridiculous.

I was chuckling throughout this week so humour seemed ramped up but I was yelling at the screen at one point as it seemed like Lexy was just like Hi Jake yeah all is fine. I was glad when she mentioned the fact that you know, set a murderous doll on me.
Also burned Chucky. What a treat to get a new version of the doll
Are we assuming there was more than one chucky at the hospital or just hallucinations? I'm going with multiple as would tie in with Cult and the trailer does sort of confirm that there is more than one.
The stabbing of the detective was far more realistic this week compared to Olivers.

I haven't watched episode 4 yet, but I've been enjoying the series so far. Episode 1 felt like it had great "Chucky" moments with the way the first murder went down and the talent show scene, it felt like classics.
Watching this also made me revisit all the films during Halloween (except for Curse and Cult), and I forgot how good Bride of Chucky was? I forgot that it truly was camp. Icon Jennifer Tilly murdering with her nail-file? Giving us a "female version" of Chucky with a make-over scene included? Queen Katherine Heigl aka miss Izzie Stevens gracing us with her presence? Camp!

I don’t know how I feel about Tiffany not originally being Jennifer Tilly when we first met her in Bride of Chucky. Was this always the case?
