Something To Tell You's title track is beyond gorgeous and I'm going to seethe when it bows out oh so soon. I'm not going to pretend it's the best album here but y'all do a little too much, there's treasure amongst the trash.

@constantino, sis, don't think I'm criticizing you at all, please, but is Lorde indie? Melodrama certainly has felt like an indie success, and maybe Pure Heroine was a fluke, but is Lorde definitely indie?
A valid and relevant point; stylistically and artistically, the likes of Lana and Annie feel more like Ella's 'contemporaries' than the likes of Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande. Melodrama feels at home on that list, to me at least.
I really can't see any fault with that. I just wanted to be sure if Lorde was now being considered indie. Cleared some up confusions for me. I agree with you on Lana and St. Vincent being more Lorde's contemporaries, for sure.
Anyway, "Perfect Places" is probably my eleven so I'm perched.
