So....painful results all around.
As much as I'd not like to say this, but Lorde is due to loose quite a few cuts at this point.
I think people like me are to blame, who essentially copy and pasted their BPG scores over into this rate, where Lorde FAR outclasses all participants there. I didn't think about the ramifications to doing this at the time, and how that might weight the results. Perhaps I played myself? Here? She's very even with a lot of these releases, and all artists involved are more in her lane, so its a shame that we will probably see a Lorde-heavy top 20 in here as well when many of these releases have a fair few gems on them. I mean, yeah if you liked the Lorde album a lot and gave it a 9+ average, even against these other amazing albums, sure, but I don't think that's what's going on here to be honest.
Am I mad at these Charli and Lana culls? Maybe.
Is everyone's rating habits subjective? Possibly.
Hope I'm wrong, but I have suspicions.

The good sis @Lost Boy is running a rate with Tove Lo, Loreen and Tove Styrke sometime this year, which I'm perched for.
I hope that Mitski, Julia Holter, Banks, Shura and Florence come through with new albums this year, but if not we have POP2 and George Maple on standby to beef up the line-up if need be.
I'm not even gonna entertain the thought of Marina, Grimes, Sky (LOL) or Fiona (LOLOLOL) releasing new albums this year but that would be ideal.

I think it's more likely people copied their Lorde averages from this rate to the other one and not the other way around, since this was open for voting weeks earlier.
I'm pretty sure her album will end up having the highest average in both rates, but hopefully here some of the other girls will at least come close.

Either way, we could use some Muna and Lorde cuts.

My scores for Melodrama are way lower than the BPG rate. The competition here is a lot tougher.
So yeah would not mind to lose Hard Feelings and Writer In the Dark right about now.
