Could there be an X Factor greatest hits?

Surprised (pleasantly) by some of the inclusions, particularly
15. Is This Love - Aiden Grimshaw!
but two Matt Cardles, two Lucy Spraggan's and Misha B too!
Not a bad collection though, I might well be tempted....

That is a surprisingly solid tracklists. Surprised to see A Moment Like This not on it as well as poor Leon being snubbed in favour of Marcus Collins and Aiden Grimshaw's top 40 smash.

I'm sad that Jedward have been snubbed. They're one of the most iconic X Factor acts of all time, they've done really well since leaving the show and Lipstick is a fantastic song (and did very well at Eurovision).

I realise this wouldn't sell half as many copies, but I'd have loved a more thorough, chronological run-through of all the memorable contestants over the years, with one song per artist. So you could fit in Steve Brookstein, Leon Jackson, Same Difference, G4, Rhydian, Chico, Maria Lawson, Laura White etc. It would have been very nostalgic. Unsurprisingly though, the compilation is focused towards the more recent contestants.

I'm surprised to say this, but aside from 3 songs (Carry You, Swagger Jagger, The Climb) the tracklisting for CD1 isn't half bad.

Less surprising that Steve Brookstein is bumping his gums yet again. Has Leon Jackson entered the witness protection programme?

I'm so pleased Amelia Lily, Diana Vickers and Aiden Grimshaw are all there! And thank heavens Little Mix's Cannonball got a place too.
