Just spotted an old post from Barry Stone that says "Hey (So What!)" was supposed to have the four bleeps.

They should’ve put this version on the 20th remaster! Always felt it started a bit too soon.

Alternatively, they could’ve kept the “mixed” aspect that randomly only happens between “Creep” and “I Begin To Wonder” and added the beeps to the end of the latter.

Neon Nights, really is such a fabulous record isn't it? So glad it gave Dannii a well deserved chart boast in the early 00s.
It is! Really authentic stuff, unique sounding and with old school synthethizers being used on a lot of the tracks. For example, the track A piece of time glitching/destroying itself towards the end is simply genius.

With “throwback” sounding albums, there’s always a risk of sounding cliche and repetitive, but Dannii was really able to drink from the old and spit the new.

When you hear Dannii talking about the recording process you understand what a musical artist she is, paying close attention to production details and decisions. It really makes you wish for a label to finance the lady once more.

Dannii, is so underrated. The sound of Neon Nights, still feels so throwback and yet still so fresh then and now. Quite something that.

Does anyone else think Padam would be better as a Dannii single.
I remember when I first heard it I thought it sounded like something from Neon Nights.
