Daphne & Celeste - Save the World

Daphne & Celeste and Max Tundra? This is so random, but I really like the song. I might dig out that Max Tundra album I own, which has this highly addictive ditty on it...

I'm so happy this has happened. The artwork is rubbish, the music video sucks and the promo pic isn't very good, but the music is fantastic. Thanks, Max Tundra.
What an unexpected development! This song is perfect. It has such a unique vibe, like something from another dimension.

The instrumental is reminding me of the Clangers

These girls are properly punk.

The Camp Song was glorious. Sadly I only have it on cassette so I have to resort to YouTube every now and then.

I'm quite liking this new bop, pleasantly surprised they are doing something together.

Regretting throwing away my Daphne and Celeste stickers I won in a Smash Hits comp now.

What is The Camp Song?!? I regret selling my Daphne & Celeste album on eBay back in 2007 now!
I want someone to remix it so it sounds less like they're ushering in the harbinger of death, but other than that it's great.

They're billed as "Daphne & Celeste" on the single and the album was "Daphne and Celeste" and now I don't know which to go for.
So the song just broke into the pop chart on UK itunes (currently 146)!

I'd love it if this became a surprise hit.

How where why and what the hell? It kinda works as a piss-take of hipster music but I don't think that was the intention.
If you don't know anything about Max Tundra or aren't familiar with his work to date this track will make absolute no sense.

Probably worth checking out some of his old stuff (couple of links have already been posted in the thread) and then re-listening to You and I alone, probably gives the sound and everything a bit more context.
Yeah I recommend people do that too, it helps.

Whether you should have to do such a thing for a Daphne and Celeste song in the first place is a whole other discussion!

The song was totally instant for me and I did not know anything about Max Tundra. And dare I say it's far more to my liking than any other Daphné & Celeste song ?
