I'm sure I missed off Roses as well but The Siren's Call wasn't the final song I don't think but was defo in the set.

As for thoughts on new album, from what I've heard It's 50/50 for me

Tracks I love: - Bloodstained Heart [My favourite Darren song EVER], Taken By The Sea

Tracks I like: - Talk Talk Talk, Stupid Mistake

Songs that are ok: - Roses, The Siren's Call

Tracks I hate: - Black Out The Sun, Don't Give Up

I'm pretty sure he wasn't miming it the other night, but he did mime Taken By The Sea... I suppose because it was the intro and he wanted to do his umbrella dance?... and yeah the electro ones made sense. I was pretty worried when he came out miming the first song though, me and my partner looked at each other like oh God I hope he doesn't mime the whole show.

I thought he mimed 'Taken by the sea' as well but I was too mesmerised by his umbrella to pay attention. I was front row centre and just noticed that his lips were moving a bit differently as to when sound is coming out of it plus the fact the sound in general sounded different as if someone had hit play. He's got nothing to prove though - he hit some incredible notes last night.

Roses wasn't performed at the London gig. I videoed and recorded 1verse & chorus of every track.... and he definitely ended on "Siren's Call" (as had done at the other gigs).

He definately was not miming at any point, that's just how fantastic a performer he is!

As for Popular, Hot Tub Blues and I Don't Know You Anymore... didn't anyone see there was a link between each song and the theatrical performance?

Popular... the desperation for fame.
Hot Tub Blues.... falling apart and losing yourself to fame.
I Don't Know You Anymore.... looking at yourself and realising what you've become and what fame has done to you.

I thought he was incredible in London. His voice was absolutely flawless and he gave the performance absolutely everything. Really loved the show.

As for the album. Its probably my favourite album that he's ever done.

The new album is a bit MOR isn't it. His last 2 x albums before this are much better. It seems he has been told he has to try and sound like Savage Garden again. I always prefered Electro-experimental-solo-Darren.

Maybe the new album with grow on me as I love the 3 x singles.

I'm thinking of joining Darren's fanclub, as it says there's an annual gift every December. I remember last year it was something like an exclusive CD? Can anybody tell me what they both were...?

It's definitely gonna be worth it this and next year with new songs (and demos) and touring. In the years between, there's obviously not a lot happening during the year.

It's spelt definitely and he definitely was miming. He's my favourite artist and I've seen him in concert about 15 times. Believe me. I know when he's miming. I don't know how anyone could think 'Hot tub blues' was live when his voice was clearly altered on it.

Hahaha, thanks. It's actually true. When I won one of the code thingies, I got a lot of congratulatory tweets and mails from other fans. Justin Bieber fans probably would have sent me dead kittens.
