I’m not sure how I feel about this art direction but the song is basically guaranteed to be great from that snippet.

The snippet sounds good but I fucking hate this Ebony Dementia Dark'ness Raven Lovato-ass branding already.

 

I’ll give Demi a pass because all the clips from these sessions have sounded great and I’m practically programmed to ignore everything but the music at this point.

 

Does nobody know how to produce Demi's higher range at all or do they just sound like that? The lower vocals at the beginning of the snippet are legitimately very good and refreshing, but the higher vocal that comes in right after is so jarring and ironically makes me think of Neon Lights, which had the exact same problem
