Nooooooo, not Survivor! You must buy if from ebay or Amazon immediately! Bound to be insanely cheap.

My version didn't have "Get On The Bus", sad times.

I remember going on holiday to Florida when that album was big and all you heard on the radio was Say My Name (oh, and Maria Maria by Santana... not such a classic). Still never got sick of it and still love it now. Hey Ladies was also a personal favourite, but the entire thing is just perfect for me, I can listen to it all the way through without skipping. Even the Amazing Grace bits.

I love that it has the whole commandments concept and "Thou shall pay bills" (or whatever) at the end of the songs. One of my favourite albums ever, definitely.

The Writing's on the Wall and Survivor were two of my most played albums for about two years - I was obsessed with them both!

It's because of the brilliance of those two albums I've been so disappointed with Bouncey's solo albums. Although I love B'Day, Dangerously in Love was shockingly bad.

I have a hankering to listen to Apple Pie a la Mode now! Or Nasty Girl. LOVE that song.

I loaned out my copy of Survivor and never got it back! Gutted. Might have to buy it off Ebay!

I loved the album at the time but went back to it and Survivor a few years ago and thought they were terrible. Say My Name is still incredible though, the best thing Beyonce's ever put her name to.

On a related topic, I always preferred Kelly and loved her debut album

I've been wanting to ask this for a while: does Fancy (which I love for whatever reason) sample anything? It sounds so bloody familiar but I couldn't find anything about it.

No No No is one of the worst written songs ever. "He be sayin' no no no no, I be sayin' yes yes yes", however it goes.

I LOVE that song! But then a bit of repetition never really bothered me, heh.

I'm happy you mentioned Hey Ladies. That was a brilliant album track. The Writing's On The Wall was my first Destiny's Child album so it will always hold a special place in my heart. I absolutely love just about every song.

You are wrong wrong wrong.

It was the perfect introduction for that fantastic speed-singing style the girls were first famous for and a truly brilliant song.

I'm always proud of myself when I get my chops around the verses and bridge of Bug-A-Boo. Better than any tongue twister.

The Writings On The Wall is a classic, and still Beyonce's best overall work in my opinion. Although, I Am...Sasha Fierce might prove to eclipse once its wrapped up, it's still too early to tell really.

I always liked this album, despite not being a huge R&B fan. But Confessions and She Can't Love You are pretty brilliant.

Say My Name is still one of my favourite songs.

Oh I played this album to death when I first got it and looking back it's still great and hasn't aged all that badly considering it's 10 years old!

TWOTW. Is an instant classic. The harmonies on the tracks are so tight. They lost that "harmony" touch in Survivor but brought it back in Destiny Fulfilled.
