Does anyone else think the verses are quite weak and lets the song down a bit? I love the chorus though.

Really enjoyed the BGT performance, madness that this isn't out for another two weeks though. Its not even like its a particularly competitive week singles wise.

It's funny how people complain when someone sings a song that isn't out yet, yet 10 years ago it was the norm to do most of your TVs a couple weeks before the single actually came out. How times change.

As for the performance itself, I was a bit disappointed. Her stage presence hasn't improved a bit from The X Factor. She looked miserable. It's still the best song of the year though.

Syco really need to move to the 21st century and stop launching acts like it's 1995. That being said, it looks like it's working for Ella. Ghost's monstrous chorus is really Ryan Tedder at his best.

Pretty much every record label is doing 1995 at the moment and it does work.

It's up to 24 on preorders alone - so glad the momentum has been kept up since the BGT performance. I'm very ready for this to destroy the charts next week.

Dare I say syco are actually being smart about this campaign, I mean, it started weeks ago. Even before the song premiered. She's been featured in a nice few magazines and done interviews as well as the BGT performance. She's doing what many wouldn't even bother to release week ( looking at you, Saturdays)

Plus the album is coming in September apparently which is before the x Factor live shows so surely they'll have some good marketing strategies up their sleeves.
