All three singles sound like they could have come from Lights- and that’s no bad thing. For me, it’s her strongest, most bulletproof album. The contemporary production is great. Quietly perched for the album now!

I don’t think the iTunes video chart can be taken seriously in the slightest. You probably need like 5 sales to get that high with how infrequently people are going out of their way to buy a DRM’d music video instead of watching it on YouTube for free. Or on Apple Music as part of their subscription.

I really, really hope that this isn’t the case (and I don’t think that she is doing it). As much as I love Ellie, she’s never really been a consistent live performer. She is very hit and miss.

Agree, she has a super distinctive voice on record; but for Eurovision I think you need that flawless big live vocal too.

It’s actually wild that this might be a possibility, now we’ve actually done well at the contest. Sam Ryder really opened the door for a lot of bigger acts to be connected to it.
