   On desktop I can't get any embedded Youtube videos on the forum to play back without getting "An error occurred. Please try again later." error. I though it was maybe a VPN issue, but totally turning mine off doesn't make a difference.
   
   Any insight?

   Got around to dealing with this and I think it was a Chrome Cookies problem, although it didn't seem to effect other sites but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
