Emma Ruth Rundle

  1. Emma Ruth Rundle, label i almost said stable mate, coven-sister and friend of Chelsea Wolfe, apparently has a new album due out in September. Which is nice because her last album was a bit of a treat.

I'd be very shocked if she didn't grow up stanning Dolores O'Riordan to some degree.

    Club goth rockers, @enjoy @Humanracin @A&E @NecessaryVoodoo (@Ironheade, maybe?), hiya.

  2. Nice, I just starting listening to her last album which is really great.
Marissa Nadler also announced a new album today...coincidently.

  8. Marked for Death, Medusa and Hand of God from her previous record go for the jugular. Greatest discovery of the year for me, i am obsessed.

  10. And... she's back

  11. She's releasing May Our Chambers Be Full, an album with sludge/metal band Thou on the 30th.

The full thing is out there. It might be a slightly jarring change for Emma's fans, but from what I'm hearing so far, it sounds like the perfect mix between the two acts. It's like they were always meant to collaborate.

  12. That closing track, The Valley, is definitely the highlight on the album.
