Maybe it was just a year or so too late to ride that pop (ooooooh) bop train - that an untouchable group who blazed a trail with classics, cultural moments and 4-then-3 vocal lightning bolts would be quietly overshadowed still leaves me incredulous. I love the album, but it didn't have any other serviceable radio moments I guess, which just underscores why they really should have been given a promo push that a song with that much gusto deserves. The Stargate was the UK flagship edit, but I don't recall them doing any shows here.
