FLO - Access All Areas

I’m bopping this is a really a good debut . The video is definitely giving early Sugababes .

This post of them on twitter is starting to go semi viral also.

I noticed the other day that this twitter video has 2.3 million views which is surely huge reach! Hope it can translate into some actual success for them.

Would it be too early to put them on the main page? I think it would be great to get them more exposure as a lot of members on here would love a new girlgroup to stan but I understand it’s not even been a month since their debut.

They played a snippet of there next song there releasing on there Instagram story and it sounds like another bop . These girls have me ready to stan already .

I'm curious what they're doing right straight out of the gate that others before them could not do (M.O, Juce, etc.). Personally for me the video is a little on the goofy side and the reference too obvious but it is a good track. We don't know if going viral on Twitter translates to streaming numbers but 1.5 million views for a clip is great regardless. Maybe it's just the right timing/the PinkPantheress effect (teens are far removed enough from that era to feel nostalgic for a period they didn't quite live through?).

I think an EP is a great idea. Although 'Cardboard Box' is a huge bop, it'll be difficult for them to build an audience off one song alone. They need to keep releasing while they [presumably] work on their debut album. An EP offers them that time without having to leave people high and dry.

The 00s references are extremely on-the-nose (yes we get it sis you've got a flip phone!) but honestly, it's so fun and a very catchy bop and they look like they're having a blast. Lemme get perched.

I read one of their early insta posts and they've been holding on to this song for like 2 years? So I'm assuming they have managed to get other stuff lined up to help build on the momentum.

Cardboard Box just came up in my recommendations and thought it was really cute.
Video is very 'what in the Atomic Kitten/Whole Again // Sugababes/Overload'

Weirdly, the bassline gave me Teacher by PRETTYMUCH.
They have the same old-school-pop-group-but-new vibe too.
